Contact support
Email support@savethatfor.me and include the email address associated with your account, a description of the issue, and any relevant timestamps. Do not include your password, access tokens, verification-code secrets, or other sensitive credentials.
Instagram connection help
If a verification code fails, generate a new code and send the complete message from the Instagram account you want to connect. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once.
Privacy and deletion
You can delete your account and associated data directly from your account settings. For access, correction, or a deletion request when you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account. Review the complete data-deletion instructions for details.
Reporting abuse or security issues
Report suspected abuse, unauthorized account access, or security concerns to support@savethatfor.me. Include enough detail for us to investigate without sending secrets or unnecessary personal information.
